Notes:

Minimum enrollment is required to hold classes; final schedule will be determined on August 25, 2014.

Exercises are modified to meet individual fitness levels however they are not appropriate for individuals with joint issues, chronic disease or who are pregnant.

Mat With Small Equipment includes stability balls, flex balls, fitness circles, bosus, small weighted balls, flex bands/tubing, mini flex balls and arc barrels. Limit of 10.

TRX uses the TRX Suspension Trainer System as well as bands, tubes weights and mat exercises. Limit of 8.

Large Pilates Equipment uses the STOTT PILATES V2Max Reformer, STOTT Tower & STOTT Stability Chair. (for more information about the equipment please schedule a consultation or visit www.stottpilates.com). Equipment is taught in a semi-private format and is limited to 4 (small group personal training). Pilates Equipment Lessons require a pre-requisite of 3+ private lessons.

Register for the entire series of 12 weeks or drop in. Lessons subject to a full fee if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. All lessons must be used by the end of the session or they will be forfeited, no exceptions.

Make-up policy: On a space available basis, Mat and TRX may be substituted for each other. Semi-privates make ups must be for other semi-private lessons, not Mat or TRX.

Cost for Mat and TRX : 1x per week = 20 each(240 total), 2x per week = 18 each (432 total) 3x per week = 16 each (576 total) or drop in for $25

Cost for Semi-Private Equipment (small group personal training) 1x per week = 45 each (540 total), 2x per = 43 each (1,032), 3x per week = 41 each (1,476).

Packages may be split into 2 payments for your convenience at no additional charge.
