Getting Started

the center is a friendly neighborhood training studio. We offer a very private environment in which to exercise. Clients work one-on-one or in small groups with an instructor. As a client you’ll set reachable challenges so you keep you improving. We’ll build you up, not wear you down.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

We recommend that all new clients start with private lessons. There is a lot to learn, and private lessons are are well worth your investment of time and money. Even if your goal is to participate in a semi-private group, you’ll still need 3-5 private lessons to learn the alignment and breath principles of pilates. New mat clients are encouraged to take at least one private lesson before joining a mat class.

ARRANGE A CONSULTATION

Visit us for a consultation and tour of the studio. Mary Jo Falvey, the owner, will discuss your goals, what is working for you and what isn’t working. MJ will recommend a solution for exercise that meets your needs.  Schedule a Consultation
