FULL BODY WORKOUT

TRX uses your body’s resistance to increase flexibility, strength and balance. There are exercises for upper body, lower body and core.

SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

You can modify every exercise to increase or decrease intensity, strength and stability.  This makes it appropriate for all fitness levels.

PILATES STANDING UP

With it’s emphasis on core engagement and alignment, TRX uses the Pilates principles to facilitate correct movement and stabilization.

As a result of pilates lessons I notice a better understanding of posture and balance, along with a marked improvement in how I feel after a round of golf. I’ve also improved awareness of my golf swing which has led to better ball striking.
